About Us

We are Mark and Susan Williams, founders of Waterbearer Ministries, which is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Waterbearer Ministries was founded for the purpose of providing safe and clean drinking water for the underserved people groups of the world. We are now specifically working in Uganda. At the end of 2024, we drilled 14 water wells and supplied 1 rainwater harvest tank in Uganda; in addition, we helped fund 1 water well in the country of Myanmar for an orphanage, which is located on the western border of China. As a result, we were able to provide clean drinking water to several churches, orphanages, public schools and disabled communities. Approximately 8,000 people per day are now able to get clean drinking water. We give God all the glory!

 

We are not funded by any organization or group and rely totally on the generous donations of like-minded people through either direct financial donations or donations of properties to help fund the drilling of new water wells.
